Post-test only quasi-experimental design is used in this work.

Ferit Çobanoglu Assoc. Prof. Dr. He has studying at Adnan Menderes University, Agriculture Faculty, and Department of Agricultural Economics in Aydin, Turkey since 2009. His research has focused on impact assessment, treatment effect, and food safety economics. He is married to Sema Çobanoglu and the father of Süheyla and Sümeyra Çobanoglu.
