Sheila Nielsen teaches composition at Georgia Southern University. She loves working with young scholars and helping them find their voice in writing. Sheila pushes herself to write poetry every day. She embraces the challenge of learning new poetic forms and applying them to her writing. To relax, she spends time with her amazing husband, Michael, and walking her pups and visiting with friends and neighbors.
