On the other side, the international community not only thatthey have allowed their establishment and functioning, by not taking any measures againstthose structures, however, she instead after the declaration of independence of Kosova istrying to impose the Kosovan institutions that they are legalized.Given that we are dealing with a topic about which, thousands of pages can be written, thispaper seeks to address this problem in brief, so that the reader can have a quick access intothis phenomenon, which is producing only instability and insecurity in Kosova and in theBalkans. The unequal treatment of the Albanian majority population vis-à-vis the Serbminority in Kosova by the international community represents a disturbing fact and producesan additional uncertainty to the Albanian majority population in Kosova.
