Although hotels in Iran attract many tourists each year and earn a lot of money, the lack of success criteria from managers' perspectives has led to problems in developing hotels and managing them. Therefore, the present study identifies key criteria of success in hospitality management from the perspective of senior and middle managers of hotels. The research method has a descriptive-survey nature and is an applied purpose type.
