Physiochemical parameter have been established for the standardization and validation of plant, phytochemical screening of different successive fraction obtained from soxhlet, phytochemical investigation of essential oil using Clarus-500; Perkin elmer with flame ionization detector, CP-8 capillary column made by Varian, length 60 meter, diameter 0.32mm, film thickness 0.25 µm Gas chromatography led to identify and quantify four compound; -terpineol, geemacrene-B, -endosmol, -endosmol with four know compound; limonene, 1,8-cineole, linalool, terpene-4-ol, investigation of the methanolic extract using CAMAG Linomate-5 HPTLC system with CAMAG Reproster scanner, and CAMAG Linomate-5 applicator lead to identify four compound; flavone, kaempferol, lupeol, ursolic acid, sitosterol.
