Thus, the book forwards practical solution to alleviate the problems of ICT integration in teaching & learning process in Ethiopian universities by applying e-teaching, on-line learning, video conferencing, available e-libraries and e-based encyclopedias, websites that permit a free download of educational materials, and facilitate internet access for staff and students. In order to provide such services, universities need to build strong ICT infrastructure and holistic information systems.
