She felt an immense flow of love as she started meditating and practicing mindfulness. She started listening to parenting books as it became harder when she had her second baby, which brought about a lot of practical changes in her and her family and life overall. For some reason, she also felt inclined to understand teenagers to further understand how to lay the foundation for her kids while they were still young.
