Jessica has been a licensed Elementary Teacher in Southwestern Ontario, Canada since 2002. In her practice, she has always felt that mindfulness, gratitude and love are key elements in any education. Jessica has valued mindfulness in her classroom for almost 20 years and is expanding her audience to adults too.
