Homer's tale from Greek mythology about the hero Odysseus and the fascinating goddess, heroine, and sorceress Circe is one of the classic stories that are repeatedly interpreted in schools from theological, philosophical, sociological, psychological, and historical perspectives. This volume offers new perspectives and more comprehensive views than previous considerations and, for the first time, connects the central figure of Circe and the ideals, commandments, and values associated with her with current perspectives from the field of artificial intelligence. Philosophy and theology are enriched by Circe's multifaceted personality and biographical aspects: topics such as symbolic thinking in theology for reconciliation with evil, spiritual maturation in solitude, salvation and healing through the integration of light and shadow work, the application of a growth framework despite the recognition of limitations, and the religious ethics of hospitality are examined in a new light.
