Retirement, high economy, smoking habit, habit of taking restaurant food, involvement in sedentary activity, high normal blood pressure and longer duration of diabetes were also the risk factors for prevalence of disability. Optimum blood pressure and longer duration of diabetes were the risk factors for prevalence of retinopathy. The responsible variables were identified when patients group were discriminated from other adults.
