One MP3 file consists entirely with employee motivation and customer service. There is also a section on how the restaurant business can affect the family, pitfalls and victories in the business. In conclusion; I learned many years ago that the independent restaurant owner/manager does not have the extensive training/knowledge that a franchise operator has.
