Jo Woodhouse lives in Sydney, Australia.She has worked for over twenty years in the medical devices and consumables industry, but recently found the need to write about lived experiences in the hope they can help others.Jo has had her own experiences of workplace trauma and could also see the pain others are living with all around the globe due to workplace bullying. She felt the need to write this book and try to make people see things in a different way, to reflect on their own behaviour, and to hopefully make some kind of difference in the workplace.When Jo's not working, you will find her spending time with family and friends, with a paintbrush in hand, on long distance walks, or lazing on the beach in summer. Jo has also drafted two children's books and hopes to publish them soon.
