Dana St Claire is a Purveyor of Meditation who has been dedicated to spiritual practice since the age of 19, when she first discovered meditation and instantly felt she had found home. Her journey deepened in the early 1970s through an intensive spiritual training called The Nature of the Soul, which became the foundation for her lifelong path as a meditation teacher.With decades of experience, Dana shares practical tools for living a more fulfilling life and offers insights that help others reconnect with their inner light. Her teachings are infused with warmth, wisdom, and a signature sense of humor she calls "the Zaniness of Being Human."Based in Kona, Hawaii, Dana leads meditation classes, Women's Spirit Circles, and mindfulness retreats. She also hosts the television show Meditation with Dana St Claire, featuring Guided Gong Meditations, available on her YouTube channel: Meditation with Dana St Claire.She lives with her husband, Scott, continually inspired by the beauty of the island and its miraculous sunsets.
