David Mattison is an urban planner, and has worked in the Tillamook area for many years. He developed the forgotten stories of the Hoquarton Troll and other coastal creatures while story-telling as a volunteer in 2004-2006. In 2020, the Hoquarton Troll stories were finally written down to share - purely fiction and fun. David lives with his family in Tillamook, OR Nathaniel Jensen is a lifetime artist. He animates, oil paints, paints murals, and has illustrated more than 30 children's books as well. Nathaniel lives with his family in Portland, OR.
