The purpose of this book is to identify how the academic reform implementation process was progressing and how faculty members and adminstrative officers at Mohamed V University as well as the Ministry of Higher Education administrative officers perceived the anticipated changes. This book serves as a useful reference for educators and policy makers. The book contributes to the debate concerning higher education reforms in developing African, Arab and Muslim countries.
