He was in the Twins organization from 2000-2006 and then from 2007-2008 he played for the Salt Lake Bees of the Pacific Coast League, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. He was selected to the Midwest League All-Star team and the South Atlantic League All-Star team in 2001.
