However, as I sensed that many more children (and parents) needed this meditation, I decided to publish it as a standalone meditation too. Inside this book you will find a meditation that will take you to your heart and teach you and your little Light Bearer to shine from within and send you healing light into every cell and fiber of your bodies. Remember, we all arrived on this beautiful planet as light and love. You too. And we can always return to that place within ourselves if we have lost our way in life, if the darkness has penetrated our castle. We are light and love. Let it shine.
