She says 'this book is very close to my heart, as I I've shared all the recipes I make and consume in my daily routine to stay happy & healthy and now everyone can too!' The book has been divided into 12 healthy ingredients and recipes around it to make it healthy and interesting. The ingredients are easily available and can be easily added in day to day diet. These ingredients are also used in Ayurveda and are great for your health. Her only motive behind this book is for people to start understanding how important Healthy Eating, Healthy Living and Healthy Cooking is which she communicated on her social media and created Health Booster Shots which went viral.
