Introduction: Digital health data hubs contribute significantly to finding the right solutions to health problems, which forms the basis for achieving sustainable development goal. However, in Ethiopia, the health system has coming into unified digital health hubs, there is limited evidence regarding health professionals' intentions to use these systems. The study aimed to assess the intention of healthcare professionals to use digital health data hubs at East Gojjam hospitals in Northwest Ethiopia, in 2024. Methods: Quantitative study supplemented by qualitative study was used to conduct the study. There are eleven hospitals in the study area. Using a priori sample size calculator for structural equation models, the total sample size is 616. Stratified sampling with proportional allocation has been used. Then systematic sampling has been used to pick the study participants. For analysis, structural equation modelling (SEM) was used. The assumption of SEM-like normality, confirmatory factor analysis like average variance extracted and composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha and model specification were checked using Amos software.
