One day to her recollection, as she sat there, looking out the window, wondering what she could possibly do with herself, she realized something: she could write. she could share her story so other people would hear it. Her story was her own, and she has dismantled rumour's. No longer, can other people take over her past. No longer, can they claim ownership or claim that she is stuck. No longer will she simply let people take what was hers. They will no longer have the power over her and use it as a weapon to cause deliberate pain.
