This work aimed to study the impact of HCV on the development of DM among Egyptian live-donor renal allo-transplant recipients. This retrospective single Center study included 913 kidney transplant recipients who were transplanted at Mansoura urology & nephrology Centre between 2000& 2010, the patients divided into four groups according to their HCV serology and diabetic status.
