Hating to Love My Life, is one (1) of five (5) planned novels that reflect the innermost emotions, conflicts, and other diversities that (I) believe men (not all men) have experienced at one or many junctures of their lives.As a man of Color, and through my own experiences of life's ups and downs. I created a way to express myself through poetry. The poetry reflected in this book, many times, will coincide with the experience of that of a woman. However, every poem is a reference of the authors and not that of others.Courtlin D. Fields created this book of poetry to reflect Male issues that have invaded many men's lives unbeknown many times to the people around them.His poetry of abandonment, abuse, betrayal, sexuality, suicide, nationality (race), spirituality, hope, inspiration, and motivation provides you with an inside look at how he decided to overcome his challenges by sharing his experience through poetry.
