Autor

Winston A. Wardlaw, a Washington, D.C. native, embarked on a transformative journey at 13 after being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. This journey led him to spend years observing masters of conventional and ancient healing arts and gain lived opportunities to apply profound life lessons. Winston has spoken on the National Mall as the Honored Hero for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, worked at the NIH, and co-founded Muscle n Bone, LLC. A graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University with a B.S. in Food and Nutritional Sciences, he's now pursuing a professional doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. His greatest joys are spending quality time with loved ones, supporting community farmers, playing soccer and basketball with friends, learning about the empowering effects of meditation and self-knowledge, and being able to live with greater peace and purpose. Winston's goals are to consistently practice the 10 Meditations and help create a world that reflects greater harmony and light.
