Everyone has struggles, but there is always something to be grateful for and lessons to be learned through these tough times. This is actually when we learn the most about ourselves and recognize what is most important in life. The poems in this book attempt to capture the way many of us may feel on a day to day basis, but with the hope of changing your mindset and becoming aware of the fact that everything will be OK in the end. These poems will hopefully add a bit of positivity into your life but also let you know that whatever you are going through, at your core you are brave, strong, beautiful, incredible and courageous.
