Fahad Alturise is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Cybersecurity, College of Computer, Qassim University. Saleh is an Associate Professor at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Iraq, where he contributes to the Studies, Planning, and Follow-Up Directorate. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering (University of Technology, Baghdad, 2006), an M.Sc. in Software Engineering (Staffordshire University, APU Malaysia, 2012), and a Ph.D. in Information Technology (Universiti Utara Malaysia, UUM). An active researcher in Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Software Architecture, and IoT, Dr. Saleh has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles, including journal papers, conference proceedings, and book chapters. He serves as a reviewer for top-tier indexed journals and participates in organizing IEEE and other international conferences, including his role on the Technical Program Committee of the IEEE International Conference on Blockchain.
