Dr. Madhu Singh is an internationally recognized educator, innovator and telecom executive having more than 40 years of experience in innovation, execution and management of telecoms networks/products/services in wireless, wireline and cable industries across globe. Since 2012, he has been instrumental in architecting, developing, and deploying the National Public Safety Broadband Networks (NPSBN) utilizing the dedicated spectrum B-14 to enable first responders to have access to a secure network anywhere anytime. He also worked on expanding the NPSBN in rural areas across 50 states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Island, and US territories in Guam, American Samos, and the Common Wealth of Northern Mariana Islands. .
