The first five contributions delineate the discovery of botox and its mechanism of action. The next nine chapters describe in detail the use of botox in a variety of movement disorders including blepharospasm, tics, dystonia, spasticity, and tremor. Two chapters deal with treatment of autonomic disorders with botox and the book concludes with three chapters on use of botox for pain, strabismus, and cosmetic purposes.
