Joanna H. Kim is a partner at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, LLP in its Los Angeles office. Joanna represents clients in a wide range of intellectual property and business litigation matters, including copyright, trademark and patent infringement; trade secrets misappropriation; unfair competition; and royalty, licensing, and other contractual and business disputes. Joanna is a former engineer in the environmental and aerospace industry, with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
