Autor

Lee Van, a native New Yorker, is a writer of short stories, poetry, a song-writer and an artist. Her family, friends, and her passion for writing persuaded her to follow her dream. Her breakout novel, Group Matters, explores the individual lives of the characters, who meet once a month. Lee believes that readers will embrace the characters and appreciate the diversity and how each character contributes to the overall story. These characters will appeal to both younger and older audiences. Lee was inspired to write Group Matters because too many older individuals within our society are often stereotyped. Lee has an educational background in social work and creative writing. She strongly believes that your dreams are your objectives that guide you toward fulfilling your goals. You need to believe, then you can achieve! One of her favorite quotes is by Maya Angelou: "There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you."
