Hence, the present study was taken up to evaluate the effect of low-level laser therapy in stimulating the PC 6 acupressure point for reducing the gag reflex. Gag reflex was evaluated by performing the nerve stimulating test. In patients having gag reflex, stimulation of PC6 point was done by low-level laser.
