Autor

Rhiannon Spurgeon prides herself on finding silver linings in even the darkest clouds, while not losing her sense of humour. Making a positive effect in her everyday life is a priority, whether to brighten one person's day or impact a whole town. She is the founder of The Totally Awesome Women's Network and is a head cheerleader. She also manages an enterprise hub, coaches, mentors and writes. The earlier years of her career included time at the House of Commons, Financial Times and The Prince's Trust. Rhiannon has spent the last ten years as a working single mum, putting down roots and keeping all the plates spinning. 'Face everything and recover' is her personal motto. She loves her family and friends, dogs, dancing, creating, laughter, taekwondo and her sobriety. 'Grief Without Guilt' is her first book.
