Perhaps these nuggets will help you find your "grieving voice" through language that allows you to articulate your own reactions to loss, enabling you to share your experience with others. Please don't rush through these nuggets. Sit with each one. Be open to how they speak to your situation. If you are comfortable doing so, take small steps to move forward. Every twenty-one days you will be invited to reflect upon a Curious Question. This will give you an opportunity to journal about a given question. So, go ahead - take your pen out and write.
