Although other energy such as wind, solar and hydro would benefit the many islands that North Maluku province geographical conditions has, which cannot be covered by electricity grid. Lastly, this research will provide strategic business planning integrating Porter s five forces and Boyd s Observe, Orient Decide and Act as a tool for either domestic or foreign investor, as well as majorstakeholders such as North Maluku people and local governments, to assess North Maluku province green energy business feasibility.
