Parents and their associates are co-conspirators in her possible future demise. Feeling hopeless, she remembers Grandma encouraging her to Pray.¿One small Prayer can change a life for a lifetime! She was a witness who encouraged herself, prayed, and became a grateful recipient of God's sustaining hand. She went from hopelessness to hope, not wishful thinking but "confident expectation" as God brought her through one episode after another. God's sustaining hand offers hope. Hope is a firm assurance regarding unclear and unknown things and a knowing based on one's belief that God does answer Prayer. Without hope, life loses its meaning, and wandering through life in hopelessness is a sad and pitiful state of existence. Pray for strength to Hope in God because He won't let you down.
