Logan uses people analytics to help companies align their business strategies with their people strategies to get the right people in the right jobs, and, most importantly, keep and grow them.Before forming his business consulting company, Logan held exec-utive positions in the natural gas industry. He led sales and marketing efforts as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for LEDCO, Inc., a natural gas pipeline company then listed by Inc. magazine as one of the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in America. He then led Nortech Energy Corp. as CEO, a natural gas marketing and trading joint venture startup of a large, diversified energy company. Logan spent the better part of the first decade of his career as a corporate and energy lawyer for a prominent New Orleans law firm. Logan holds a BA degree from the University of Texas, Austin, and a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University.
