If one of the words is a lovely place, you can imagine this place while coloring. The book has an appendix of 50 virtue cards for more ideas on creating individual symbols and seeing the positive in people around you and within yourself. Other appendixes in the book include instructions on drawing a six-fold symmetry image with a compass, a ruler and compass construction on how to draw a template for a three-dimensional tetrahedron, and directions on how to build a tetrahedron from the template.
