Studies on genetic variability, character association and divergence analysis was carried out on 30 genotypes of clusterbean. Genotypes with high mean performance for seed yield along with other traits were exhibited by RGC 986, RGC 936, RGC 1031, HG 258 and RGC 1066. The cluster I was the largest and consisted of 16 genotypes followed by cluster II with 10 genotypes and cluster III, IV, V and VI had solitary genotype. Therefore, selection and intercrossing of genotypes involved in these clusters would be useful for inducing variability in the respective characters.
