Dr. BL Saini was born to Shri DL Saini and Smt. Jagdishi Devi at Mubarak Nagar village, Tonk district, Rajasthan. He did his graduation from RAJUVAS, Bikaner, Rajasthan. He is a recipient of ICAR-Junior Research Fellowship (2015) during his M.V.Sc. from Animal Genetics Division, at IVRI, Izatnagar, Bareilly (UP) and presently pursuing his Ph.D.
