Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is an ancient oil crop that belongs to the family Pedaliaceae. Ten Simple Sequence Repeats (SSRs) markers were used to study patterns of genetic variation within and among 50 sesame populations representing the existing Ethiopian collections.
