We analyzed the mutational spectrum of the coding exons 4 of the IDH1 and IDH2 gene by direct sequencing. Wealso analyzed the promoter hypermethylation of MGMT gene by MS-PCR and its expression profile by Immunohistochemistry. Polymorphic analysis of, ACE, MTHFR and GSTP1 gene was also analyzed by PCR and RFLP.
