The variants of gastrointestinal pathology course in connection with the abdominal syndrome are studied. The association of erosive-ulcerous lesions of the stomach and duodenum with Helicobacter pylori infection was determined. The optimal terms for endoscopic diagnostics were determined that allows to reveal the erosive-ulcerous pathology in time before the development of complications and to carry out the adequate medical correction that significantly improves the prognosis of the underlying disease.
