V.A. Konoplev, DrSc, was Head of Laboratory "Mechanics of Controlled Systems", Institute for Problems of Mechanical Engineering, RAS. He is coauthor of more than 100 papers and textbooks. Al Cheremensky, DrSc, was Head of Laboratory 'Control in Mechanics', Institute of Mechanics - BAS. He is co-author over than 70 papers and six books.
