US hegemony is facing multiple internal and external challenges. Factors supporting multipolar future are the rise of BRICS, new regions and non state actors differentiating world into major, middle and small powers. In future international power structure, regionalism will gain strength, military power will be subordinated to economic power, states will neither be permanent friends or foes as they will compete and cooperate at the same time and international anarchy will provide opportunities to states to replace one another top hierarchical position.
