Being a medical doctor has given me knowledge of the human body, and having the experience of living in so many countries and learning about so many different types of people has helped me see the human body-its systems, its strengths, and its weaknesses- as a metaphor for the amazing mysteries of our lives. I have been an eye-witness to the many ways in which friends and family on three continents have addressed their differences. Each of us on this planet has had different experiences. Everyone has a story to tell. The more knowledge we gain, the closer we will be to finding our true purpose in life. Every human is mortal and has a limited life span.
