She shares about her losing all hope and wanting to die for a very long time. She is extremely transparent in her experience. She held nothing back; for she is glad that she has lived to tell her story and hopeful that she will help many others on their journey. This book is a journey from defeat to victory. It provides her story, but it also provides strategies and tools that others can use as they navigate their journey or help others to do so. There are no quick fixes to overcoming depression.
