Formulas for relay intercropping and crop sequences systems evaluations were used to evaluate the intensive and conventional successions systems . Evaluation of relay intercropping in comparison with a traditional sequence was done by using EYAR1 equation .While the evaluation of sequence in comparison with another sequence was done by using EYAR2 equation . EYAR3 equation was used for evaluating the crop sequence compared with relay intercropping system . But , EYAR4 equation was used for comparing two relay intercropping systems . These formulas are reflecting the farmer s perspective which take the net return and the farmer s economic checklist in consideration.
