The current work, targeting foods of animal origin, attempts to explore just a portion of the reality of pesticides and veterinary drugs residues in Khartoum state, capital of the Republic of Sudan. Seventy-five milk, 50 meat samples, 100 egg samples, besides fish and water samples, were all collected from different parts of the state.
