In addition, some properties of the fluid and the reservoir will be presented, which will serve as a basis for some of the concepts used in this work. After the theoretical foundation, a case study of flow assurance for an oil field will be developed. This study will address problems such as gas hydrates, paraffin, asphaltene, emulsion, fouling, and corrosion, in the present and at intervals of 5 and 10 years, using PIPESIM software for data analysis and correlations.
