In the present work, floating microspheres of AZH were formulated to provide site specific delivery of drug with a view to providing an effective and safe therapy for eradication of H.pylori with a reduced dose and reduced duration of therapy. It can be concluded that optimized multi-unit floating AZH microspheres floating more than 8 hrs in stomach. The floating microsphere is a potential system for delivery of AZH in the stomach. So it is expected to provide clinicians with a new choice of an economical, safe and low dose formulation in the management of eradication of H.pylori.
