Donna lives with her husband of forty-nine years in a small rural community in the Sierra Nevada Mountains north of Sacramento, California. She is retired from the telecommunications industry and a great grandmother. Retirement gave her the time to do two things she enjoys: writing and quilting. Donna is a charter member of the local quilt group, The Needle Nellies. For the past nineteen years, the members have stitched a quilt, sold raffle tickets, hosted an excellent outdoor quilt show, and donated the proceeds to their volunteer fire department.
